Collierville’s $4.2M ambulance service includes new vehicles with latest technology, officials say

COLLIERVILLE, Tenn. — The Town of Collierville will begin managing ambulance services on July 1.

The Town will have greater flexibility to provide quality assurance to residents who use paramedic services, according to a release from Collierville officials.

The cost of the new service is $4.2 million, which includes five new ambulances incorporating the newest technology and features.

The price includes 22 new personnel to staff three ambulances each day, officials said.

The cost of ambulance service will vary depending on insurance and emergency service providers.
